Danacol Heart Car

Asylum designed and built this car from scratch.

Using Cinema 4D to draw the car, we rapidly produced pre-viz for the client to approve the design. The information was then used to machine out the car in polystyrene. This was then moulded to create a fibre glass body shell. While that process was under way, our engineers were building the chassis and running gear. The engine was fitted, then the body shell was fixed on.
