This spot for the Department of Transport was designed to make us all think of motorcycle riders as individual people.

Six separate rigs were CAD designed and fabricated using neon, LED’s and tungsten lighting, all fitted to bespoke frames. Each bike had its own control system to control the flashing and sequencing of the lights.

The frames had to be extremely light weight and strong to make the bikes practical to ride. To power the lighting we used a generator on a chase vehicle, supplied and driven by Bickers Action. For other shots, fitted batteries were used.
