Samsung Galaxy 11

We were approached to help design and fabricate a collection of 11 space age footballer costumes in 3 weeks.

The client had a concept for the suit, but due to time constraints, a modified version had to be designed that used ready made components (i.e. sports and motorcycle protection) blended together with scratch built parts. So a series of photo composites were put together for the client to approve, before production began.

A series of vac form panels, stitched fabric and heat formed foam pads were made to fit over an overall. This had velcro straps placed in certain areas so a close fit could be achieved to the actors body.
